Malama School 2025
Malama School is in a rural area. The roof had blown off a 2 classroom block. In October 2025, pupils would be unable to take their important end of year Grade 7 ad Grade 9 exams in a classroom without a roof. Children would be forced to walk 45 minute in the hot weather to take exams at an unfamiliar school. Teachers came to the Zambia Women and Girls Foundation office to ask for help
The Department of Education Buildings Officer declared the walls in good condition so our trusted builder Stanley and his team worked flat out to get a roof on the classrooms in time for exams. We wish the children success in their exams.
