Namilongwe School is in a rural area 19 miles from Monze town.  It started as a Comunity school in 1984 using the buildings from an old pig farm as classrooms.

The school teaches 705 pupils up to 16 years old.

The community had made 18,000 bricks ready to build 3 new classrooms
